          திக்கெட்டும் பரவிய கோவை மேற்கு மண்டல தர்ணா

             கோவை மேற்கு மண்டல 22.9.2026 தர்ணா  எட்டு மாவட்டங்களில் இருந்து (கிருஷ்ணகிரி, தர்மபுரி, சேலம், நாமக்கல், ஈரோடு, கோயம்புத்தூர், திருப்பூர்  மற்றும் நீலகிரி) கோவை மாவட்டம்  தவிர மற்ற மாவட்டங்களில் சார்பாக  400 தோழர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டதும், 150 மகளிர் தோழர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டதும்  பாராட்டுதலுக்ககுரியது. மொத்தம்  1400 தோழர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டனர். 

           தலைமை தோழர்களாக வெங்கட்ராமன் வருமானவரித்துறை ஓய்வூதியர் சங்கம் கோவை, தோழர் C. பரமசிவம் FCPA ஈரோடு, K.R.கணேசன் FCPA சேலம், P சுப்பிரமணியம் FCPA தர்மபுரி,  P.K.ராமசாமி நாமக்கல் தலைமை பொறுப்பேற்று நடத்தினார்கள். தோழர் அருணகிரி TNGPA வரவேற்புரை நிகழ்த்தினார்.  தோழர் அரங்கநாதன் CSPCC, தோழர் கருணாநிதி NCCPA/FCPA கோரிக்கை  விளக்க உரையாற்றினார்கள். தோழர்கள் ஊமை ஜெயராமன் SNPWA இணைச் செயலாளர் CHQ, மணி மோகன் GSTPA, S.சாம்பசிவம் உதவி தலைவர் DREU வாழ்த்துரை வழங்கினர்.    தர்ணாவை  AITUC சங்கம்  சார்பாக  தோழர் தங்கவேல் துவக்கி வைத்தும்  இறுதியாக தோழர் கிருஷ்ணமூர்த்தி CITU சங்கம் சார்பாக  மாநிலச் செயலாளர்  வாழ்த்தி நிகழ்ச்சியை  முடித்து வைத்தார். 

              இறுதியாக தோழர் குடியரசு FCPA பொருளாளர் கூறி கூட்டத்தை நிறைவு செய்தார். நிகழ்ச்சி முடிந்தவுடன்  அனைவருக்கும் மதிய உணவு வழங்கப்பட்டதும் பாராட்டுகளுக்குரியது.

     தொலைதூர மாவட்டங்களில் இருந்தும், கோவை நகர்ப்புறங்களில் இருந்தும் கலந்து கொண்ட அத்தனை தோழர்களுக்கும் மாவட்ட சங்கத்தின் சார்பாக வாழ்த்துக்களை தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்.

COIMBATORE WESTERN REGION DHARNA — A RESOUNDING SUCCESS*

The Coimbatore Western Region Dharna held on 22 September 2026 was a spectacular success, reflecting the growing unity and determination of pensioners across the western districts of Tamil Nadu.

Around 1,400 comrades participated in the Dharna. As many as 400 comrades from districts other than Coimbatore took part, along with nearly 150 women comrades. Participation came from eight districts — Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri, Salem, Namakkal, Erode, Coimbatore, Tiruppur and the Nilgiris.

The impressive participation from distant districts as well as the large number of women comrades deserves special appreciation.

The Dharna was presided over by Com. Venkataraman, Income Tax Pensioners’ Association, Coimbatore; Com. C. Paramasivam, FCPA, Erode; Com. K.R. Ganesan, FCPA, Salem; Com. P. Subramaniam, FCPA, Dharmapuri; and Com. P.K. Ramasamy, Namakkal.

Com. Arunagiri, TNGPA, delivered the welcome address. Com. Aranganathan, CSPCC, and Com. Karunanidhi, NCCPA/FCPA, explained the demands and the issues confronting pensioners.

Greetings and solidarity messages were delivered by Com. Oomai Jayaraman, Joint Secretary, SNPWA CHQ; Com. Mani Mohan, GSTPA; and Com. S. Sambasivam, Vice-President, DREU.

The Dharna was inaugurated on behalf of AITUC by Com. Thangavel. The programme concluded with a solidarity address by Com. Krishnamurthy, State Secretary, CITU.

Finally, Com. A. Kudiarasu, Treasurer, FCPA, delivered vote of thanks.

The arrangements made by the organisers deserve special appreciation. Lunch was provided to all the participants immediately after the programme, ensuring that the comrades who had travelled from distant districts were well taken care of.

The overwhelming participation from far-off districts as well as from the urban areas of Coimbatore demonstrates the strong unity, organisational strength and fighting spirit of pensioners in the western region.

On behalf of the District Association,NCCPA/FCPA Coimbatore district and Tamilnadu Circle we convey our sincere appreciation to every comrade who participated and  the district bodies of AIBDPA/NCCPA/FCPA who contributed, involved and mobilised the pensioners to the grand success of the Dharna.
