Supreme Court Case Postponed to 25-09-2026
The case filed in the Hon'ble Supreme Court against the Validation of Pension Rules Act, 2025, has once again been postponed to 25-09-2026 at the request of the respondents.
It is almost a year since NCCPA and 18 other organizations filed the case seeking early relief. Unfortunately, nothing substantial has happened so far, to the disappointment of thousands of pensioners.
This has been duly intimated to our advocates.
