Attention Circle Secretaries and District Secretaries.
Dear Comrades,
CHQ heartly congratulates all of you for organising Solidarity program in support of the General Strike held on 9th July, 2025.
NCCPA Working fund.
It is regretted that despite repeated requests some of the District branches have not sent the NCCPA Working fund of Rs.5 per member. Circle Secretaries / CHQ Office bearers are requested to ensure that all the District branches of the respective circle have sent the amount without further delay.
LEGAL FUND.
The case against validation of Pension Rules is being filed in the Supreme Court. As you may be aware, CHQ has already paid Rs.2 lakh to NCCPA towards the initial expenditure. So, as already been intimated, ₹50 per member be urgently sent to CHQ towards the Legal Fund.
AIC fund of ₹50 per member is to be sent directly to the Reception Committee bank account which will be intimated after the formation of the Reception Committee in August, 2025.
Circle Conferences.
The following Circles have decided to hold the Circle Conferences ;
1. Haryana -06th August, 2025 at Ambala.
2. Uttar Pradesh (W)- 10thAugust,2025 at Meerut.
3. Chhattisgarh -20th August, 2025 at Raipur.
General Secretary will participate in all the three Circle Conferences.
Membership position ( District wise) be sent to CHQ urgently.
Circle Secretaries are requested to send the membership position urgently to CHQ. Also quota received for the last three years from each district will be verified on the basis of which delegates to the AIC are to be allocated.
Organise the Agitational Programmes successfully.
Human Chain on 25th July, 2025.
Only few days are left for the first agitation, Human Chain at District level on 25-07-2025. The meeting of all the Pensioners Organizations willing to participate in the agitation against the draconian Validation of Pension Rules be held urgently, if not held so far and plan for holding the program with maximum mobilization of pensioners so that the Human chain is made a grand success.
Forum of Civil Pensioners Associations State level Unity convention and Raj Bhawan March on 25-08-2025.
The second program of Agitation is the State level Unity convention at the state headquarters and submission of memorandum to the Governor. It is to be held on a locally suitable date from 25th to 28th August, 2025. Adequate planning and preparations are to be made for the successful conduct of the program.
Meet the Parliament Members-9-14 September, 2025.
Parliament Members, both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha are to be met at District level during 9th to 14th September, 2025 to seek their support and submission of memorandum for onward transmission to the Prime Minister.
Press Meet at State headquarters- 20-23,September, 2025.
Delhi Chalo-10th October, 2025.- Parliament March and submission of memorandum to the Hon'ble President, Prime Minister and Supreme Court Chief Justice.
