மருத்துவ பில்கள் பட்டுவாடா – அவசியமான தகவல்கள்

தோழர்களே,

     ஏற்கெனவே மாநில நிர்வாகங்களுக்கு அனுப்பப்பட்ட மெடிக்கல் பில்கள் பட்டுவாடா சம்பந்தமாக பல சந்தேகங்கள் இருப்பதாக மத்திய சங்கத்திற்கு வினாக்கள் வருகின்றன. நாம் BSNL CMD அவர்களுக்கு கடந்த 31.08.22 அன்று எழுதிய கடிதத்தை ஞாபகப்படுத்திக் கொள்ளுங்கள்.

                 அதற்கு பின் சுற்றறிக்கை அனுப்பிய நிர்வாகம் எல்லா விதமான வவுச்சர் பில்கள், வவுச்சர் இல்லாத மருத்துவப் படி இரண்டுக்குமான, 31.03.22 வரை கணக்கில் எடுத்துக் கொள்ளப்பட்டு நிதி அனுப்பப்பட்டுள்ளது என்று பதில் அளித்துள்ளனர்.

                ஆகையால் நமது சங்கத்தின் மாவட்டச் செயலர்கள், அந்தந்த சம்பந்தப்பட்ட நிர்வாக அலுவலர்களை அணுகி, அனைத்து ஓய்வூதியர்களுக்கும் ERPயில் வரவு கணக்கில் ஏற்றப்பட்டுள்ளதா என்பதை உறுதி செய்து கொள்ளவும்.

      VRS 19 ல் வந்த உறுப்பினர்களுக்குத் தனியாக VENDOR CODE உருவாக்கப்பட்டு, அவர்களின் பெயர்கள் பதிவேற்றப்பட வேண்டும். இது எவ்வளவு விரைவில் முடிக்க முடியுமோ, அது முடிக்கப்பட்டு மாநில நிர்வாகத்திற்கு அனுப்பி வைக்க வேண்டும். இந்த முறையில் ஏதாவது சுணக்கம் காட்டப்படும் பட்சத்தில், மாநிலச் செயலர் அதில் தலையிட்டு தீர்க்க வேண்டும்.

         தோழர்களே, நிதி ஏற்பாடும், பணியில் இருக்கும் ஊழியர்களுக்கு இணையாக ஓய்வு பெற்றவர்களுக்கும் நிலுவைத் தொகையை வாங்கிக் கொடுத்ததும் நம் AIBDPA சங்கத்தின் ஈடிலாச் சாதனை. நமது இடைவிடாப் போராட்டங்களுக்குக் கிடைத்த வெற்றி என்பதில் ஐயமில்லை.

          ஒவ்வொரு ஓய்வு பெற்ற ஊழியரும் தங்களுக்கு உண்டான நிலுவைத் தொகையை பெறும் வரை நாம் வாளா இருக்க வேண்டிய அவசியம் இல்லை. தொடர்ந்து முன்னேறுவோம்.

PAYMENT OF MEDICAL BENEFITS TO BSNL RETIREES.

Dear Comrades,

CHQ is aware that there is still some confusion exists as to whether the funds allotted by the Corporate office covers OP treatment both with voucher and without voucher ( medical allowance).
In this connection please refer to the CHQ letter to CMD, BSNL dated 31st August after which necessary clarification is issued to all the Circles stating that sufficient funds are allotted to the Circles to clear all the bills and allowance up to 31-03-2022.

Therefore District Secretaries have to meet the concerned authorities in each SSA and ensure that the claims of each retiree are entered in the ERP. In the case of VRS retirees, vendor creation has to be done and the claims entered. This has to be completed at the earliest and sent to the Circle. If any negligence or lack of interest from SSA authorities, intervention by the Circle Secretary is imperative.
Comrades, the allotment of fund and the decision to regulate the future payments at par with the employees is a great achievement and the result of our relentless struggles. So we cannot rest until the payment is received by each and every pensioner.
