Dear Comrades,
Your kind attention is drawn to the Circular No 4/ 2021. It was requested to cause necessary action for sending the membership details of each district by 30th September,2021.
Some of the District Branches have sent the list, but while some are hand written and not legible also. Some other lists are incomplete of the required details.
Kindly therefore ensure that all the District Branches send the membership details , viz Serial No. Name of the Pensioner, Cadre when retired , date of joining. It will be better to have separate lists for Life and Annual Membership. For Family Pensioners also it is better to have separate lists for Life and Annual Membership. Also a column to mark, spouse/ son/ daughter of the deceased employee/ Pensioner.
This may please be forwarded to all the District Secretaries and ensure the compliance.
