தோழர்களே,
Forum of Civil Pensioners Assn தமிழ் மாநில நிர்வாகிகள் கூட்டம் இன்று (1-12-25) காலை சென்னை கிரீம்ஸ் சாலையில் உள்ள BSNLEU சங்க அலுவலகத்தில் மாநிலத்தலைவர் தோழர். D.பாலசுப்பிரமணியம் அவர்கள் தலைமையில் நடைபெற்றது. கடும்மழையையும் பொருட்படுத்தாது 13 மாநில நிர்வாகிகள் பங்கேற்றது பாராட்டுக்குரியது.
தோழர்.R.ராஜசேகர் (கன்வீனர்) அனைவரையும் வரவேற்று இக்கூட்டத்தின் ஆய்படுபொருளை விளக்கினார்.
அகில இந்திய FCPA விடுத்திருக்கும் போராட்டத் திட்டம் விவாதிக்கப்பட்டது.
அதன் அடிப்படையில் அகில இந்திய FORUM செயற்குழு கூட்டத்தில் முன் வைக்கப்பட்ட
1) வேலிடேசன் சட்டம் 2025 ஐ திரும்ப பெறு.
2) 8 வது ஊதிய குழு பரிந்துரைகளில் (TOR) மாற்றம் செய்து பென்சன் உயர்வுக்கு வழி செய்.
3) 1.1.2024 முதல் 50 சதவீதம் பஞ்சபடியை ஊதியம் மற்றும் பென்சனுடன் இணைத்திடு
4) 30 சதவீதம் இடைக்கால நிவாரணம் வழங்கிடு
கோரிக்கைகளுக்காக விடுத்துள்ள அறைகூவலை முழுவீச்சில் தமிழத்தில் அமுல்படுத்தும் வகையில் இக்கூட்டத்தில் கீழ்காணும் முடிவுகள் எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
1)17-12-25 அகில இந்திய ஓய்வூதியர் தினத்தில் அனைத்து மாவட்டத் தலைநகர்களிலும் இக்கோரிக்கைகளை வலியுறுத்தி ஆர்ப்பாட்டம்
(சென்னையில் Egmore ராஜரத்தினம் ஸ்டேடியம் முன்பு மாலை 4 மணிக்கு)
2) டிசம்பர்'25 மாத இறுதிக்குள் FORUM தயாரித்தளிக்கும் கோரிக்கை மனுவில் அனைத்து பகுதி ஓய்வூதியர்களிடமும் கையெழுத்தைப் பெற்று அம்மனுக்களை பிரதமர், நிதியமைச்சர், Cabinet Secretary மற்றும் JCM Staffside Secretary க்கு அனுப்புவது.
ஒரு நகல் மாநில தலைமைக்கு அனுப்புவது.
3) 9-1-26 அன்று அனைத்து மாவட்டங்களிலும் தர்ணாB(சென்னை நீங்கலாக)
மற்ற தொடர் இயக்கங்கள் குறித்து அடுத்தக் கூட்டத்தில் முடிவு எடுத்து அறிவிக்கப்படும்.
.. நமது போராட்டங்களுக்கு ஆதரவாக மத்திய தொழிற்சங்கங்களின் தலைவர்களையும், தோழமை சங்க தலைவர்களையும், அரசியல் கட்சித் தலைவர்களையும் அழைத்து பங்கேற்க ஏற்பாடு செய்வது என தீர்மானிக்கப் பட்டுள்ளது.
இறுதியாக கூட்டம் தோழர் A.ஆரோக்கியநாதன் மாநில அமைப்புச் செயலாளர் AIBDPA நன்றி கூற கூட்டம் முடிவடைந்தது.

அனைத்து ஓய்வூதியர்களின் வாழ்வாதாரமான ஓய்வூதியத்தை மறுப்பதற்கு சூழ்ச்சி செய்யும் ஒன்றிய அரசின் வஞ்சகத்தை முறியடிக்க ஒன்றுதிரண்டு எழுச்சியாகப் போராட கரம் கோர்ப்போம்!

State office bearers meeting – Decisions (01.12.2025)
Call for action
Dear Comrades,
The meeting of the Tamil Nadu State office bearers of the Forum of Civil Pensioners’ Associations was held today (01-12-2025) at the BSNLEU Union Office, Greams Road, Chennai, under the presidentship of Com. D.Balasubramanian, President.
Despite heavy rains, 13 State Executive Members participated, which deserves special appreciation.
Com. R. Rajasekar, Convener, welcomed all and explained the purpose and background of the meeting.
The Programme of Action issued by the All India FCPA was discussed in detail.
Based on these discussions, and in line with the decisions placed before the All India Forum Executive Committee, the following major demands were reaffirmed:
1. Withdraw the Pension Validation Bill 2025.
2. Amend the Terms of Reference (TOR) of the 8th Pay Commission to ensure pension revision.
3. Merge 50% of Dearness Relief with pay and pension with effect from 01.01.2024.
4. Grant 30% Interim Relief immediately.
To give full effect to the nationwide call in Tamil Nadu, the meeting unanimously adopted the following resolutions:
Resolutions.
1) Demonstrations on 17-12-2025 – All India Pensioners’ Day
Mass demonstrations will be organised in the headquarters of all districts highlighting the above demands.
In Chennai, the demonstration will be held at 4 PM in front of Egmore Raja Ratnam Stadium.
2) Signature Campaign – To be completed by December 2025
A memorandum prepared by the FORUM will be circulated among all pensioners across the State.
The signed memorandum will be sent to:
The Hon’ble Prime Minister
The Hon’ble Finance Minister
The Cabinet Secretary
The Secretary, JCM Staff Side
One copy should be sent to the State Leadership for consolidation.
3) Dharna on 09-01-2026
A State-wide Dharna will be organised in all districts (except Chennai) on
9 January 2026.
Decisions regarding further phases of the movement will be taken and announced in the next meeting.
The meeting also resolved to seek the support of Central Trade Union leaders, leaders of fraternal organisations, and leaders of political parties to strengthen our struggle.
The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Com A. Arokiyanathan, Circle Organising Secretary, AIBDPA.

Let us unite and rise in determined struggle to defeat the treacherous attempts of the Union Government to undermine the very livelihood of pensioners.
Let us march forward with resolve.
