  AIBDPA சங்கத்தின் 17வது அமைப்பு தினம்- 21.10.2025

16 ஆண்டுகால மகத்தான போராட்டங்கள், மற்றும் சாதனைகள்

       அகில இந்திய BSNL DOT ஓய்வூதியதாரர்கள் சங்கம் (AIBDPA) ஓய்வூதியதாரர்களுக்கு அர்ப்பணிப்பு உணர்வுடன் சேவை செய்து 16 ஆண்டுகளை  வெற்றிகரமாக நிறைவு செய்கிறது. 

ஆம், 21-10-2025 அன்று AIBDPA சங்கத்தின் 17வது அமைப்பு தினத்தை நாம் கொண்டாடுகிறோம்.

.                  நமது கடந்த 16 ஆண்டு கால பயணம் செயல்பாடுகளால் நிறைந்துள்ளது. இவை ஓய்வூதியர்களின் அடிப்படையான கோரிக்கைகளைத் தீர்ப்பதற்கும்,  அரசாங்கம் மற்றும் அதிகாரவர்க்கத்தால் ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்ட அநீதிகளுக்கு எதிராகத்  தொடர்ச்சியான நடத்தப்பட்ட போராட்டங்கள். NCCPA, BSNL MTNL ஓய்வூதியர் சங்கங்களின் கூட்டு அமைப்பு, மற்றும் AIBDPA - BSNLEU - BSNLCCWF ஆகியவற்றின் ஒருங்கிணைப்புக் குழுவால் அறைகூவல் விடப்பட்ட போராட்டங்களில் AIBDPA எப்போதும் முன்னிலை வகித்துள்ளது.

சர்வதேச அளவிலான பங்கேற்பு...

               சர்வதேச ஓய்வூதியர்கள், மற்றும் ஓய்வு பெற்றவர்கள் தொழிற்சங்க அமைப்பில் தன்னையும் இணைத்துக்கொண்டு AIBDPA சங்கம் உலகளாவிய நிலையில் செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது. நமது பொதுச் செயலாளர் இந்த அமைப்பின் துணைச் செயலாளராக செயல்பட்டு வருகிறார். WFTU மற்றும் TUI (P&R)இன் அனைத்து திட்டங்கள் மற்றும் அறைகூவல்களையும் AIBDPA திறம்பட செயல்படுத்தியுள்ளது பாராட்டத்தக்கது.

AIBDPA வின் சாதனைப் பயணத்தின் சில மைல்கற்கள் :-

ஓய்வூதியதாரர்களின் பல முக்கியமான கோரிக்கைகளில் தொடர்ந்து போராடி வருவதுடன், வெற்றியும் கண்டுள்ளது இந்தச் சங்கம்.

💥2007 ஜனவரி முதல் BSNL DOT ஓய்வூதியர்களுக்கு கிடைக்க வேண்டிய ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றத்திற்கென தொடர்ந்து போராடி வருகிறது.

💥 BSNL MRS திட்டத்தின் கீழ் பெறக்கூடிய மருத்துவ சலுகைகளை மீட்டெடுத்தல்

💥அரசாங்கத்தால் விதிக்கப்பட்ட ஓய்வூதியம் செலுத்துவதில் 60:40 என்ற விகிதாச்சார நிபந்தனையை ரத்து செய்தல்.

💥BSNL MRS மருத்துவப் பயணாளர் அட்டையை மறுமதிப்பீடு செய்வதை எளிமைப்படுத்துதல்

*தனி நபர்களின் கோரிக்கைகள்*.

பொதுவான கோரிக்கைகளுடன் சில தனி நபர்களின் தனிப்பட்ட கோரிக்கைகளான குடும்ப ஓய்வூதிய விண்ணப்பங்கள், குடும்ப ஓய்வூதிய மறுசீராய்வு பிரச்சனைகள், போன்ற பல்வேறு கோரிக்கைகளில் தனிப்பட்ட கவனம் செலுத்தி, அவற்றை வெற்றிகரமாகத் தீர்த்து வைத்ததுடன், நம் சங்கம் பல இலட்சக்கணக்கான ரூபாய்களை நிலுவைத் தொகையாக அவர்களுக்கு பெற்றுத்தந்துள்ளது. 

தனிப்பட்டப் பிரச்சனைகளை தீர்ப்பதில், மாநில,மாவட்ட, கிளைகள் அளவில் AIBDPA சங்கம் எப்போதும் அதிக முக்கியத்துவம் அளித்து, அனைத்து மட்டங்களிலும் தொடர்ச்சியான முயற்சியால் அவற்றைத் தீர்ப்பதில் பெரும் அளவில் வெற்றி பெற்றுள்ளது.

வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் நிலைத்தன்மை

             இந்தச் சங்கத்தின் திட்டமிட்ட சிறப்பான இடையறாத செயல்பாடுகள் ஓய்வூதியர்கள் மத்தியில் நிலையான வளர்ச்சியையும், உறுதியான கட்டமைப்பையும், நம்பிக்கையையும், புகழையும், தேசம் தழுவிய அளவில் மட்டுமல்லாது, சர்வதேச அளவிலும் இச் சங்கத்திற்கு பெற்றுத் தந்துள்ளது. 

நிலுவையில் உள்ள பிரச்சனைகள்.

👉 01-01-2017 முதல் ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றம்.

👉 மகாராஷ்டிராவில் VRSல் சென்ற ST ஓய்வூதியர்களுக்கு  ஓய்வூதியப் பலன்களை பெற்றுத் தருதல்.

இவை நமது தொடர்ச்சியான போராட்டங்களுக்கு இடையேயும் இன்னும் நிலுவையில் உள்ளன. நாம் போராடி செல்ல வேண்டிய தூரம் இன்னும் அதிகம் என்று இவை தெரிவிக்கின்றன. 

5வது, மூன்றாண்டு அகில இந்திய மாநாடு.

இந்தப் பிரச்சினைகள் அனைத்தும் டிசம்பர் 17-18, 2025 தினங்களில் கோயம்புத்தூரில் நடைபெறும் 5வது, மூன்றாண்டு அகில இந்திய மாநாட்டில் தீவிரமாக விவாதிக்கப்பட்டு, தீர்வுக்கான பொருத்தமான முடிவுகள் எடுக்கப்படும்.

கார்ப்பரேட்மயமாக்கல் கொள்கையின் கீழ், தொழிலாளர்கள் மற்றும் ஓய்வூதியர்களின் கடினமான போராட்டங்களால் பெறப்பட்ட பல்வேறு உரிமைகள் தகர்க்கப்பட்டு, மறுக்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. இவற்றுக்கு எதிரான பரந்து விரிந்த போராட்டங்களில், AIBDPA தோழர்கள், BSNL தொழிலாளர்களுடனும், மற்ற சகோதர தொழிலாள வர்க்கத்தினருடனும்,  இணைந்து போராட வேண்டிய சூழல் ஏற்ப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

இந்தச் சூழ்நிலையில்தான் வரும் அக்டோபர் 21 அன்று AIBDPA இன் 17வது அமைப்பு தினத்தை நாம் கொண்டாடவிருக்கின்றோம். சிறப்புக் கூட்டங்கள் மற்றும் பிற நிகழ்ச்சிகளை நடத்தி அமைப்பு தினத்தன்று ஓய்வூதியர்கள் பெருமளவில் பங்கேற்று இந்தச் சங்கத்தின் சிறப்பைக் கொண்டாடுவோம்.

16 Years of Glorious Struggles and Achievements All India BSNL DOT Pensioners Association (AIBDPA) is completing 16 years of dedicated service to pensioners.Yes, we are celebrating the 17th Foundation Day of AIBDPA on 21-10-2025*.

Our Journey

The last 16 years have been full of activities, particularly continuous struggles waged for settlement of the genuine demands of the pensioners and against the injustices meted out by the government and the bureaucracy. AIBDPA has been in the forefront of the struggles organised by NCCPA, Joint Forum of BSNL MTNL Pensioners Associations and the Coordination Committee of AIBDPA - BSNLEU - BSNLCCWF.

International Affiliations

AIBDPA is a founder Member of the Trade Union International (Pensioners & Retirees) and our General Secretary is the Vice-Secretary of the same. AIBDPA has implemented all the calls of WFTU and TUI(P&R) effectively.

Achievements

We have been able to achieve many important issues of the pensioners, viz:

- Pension Revision of BSNL absorbed pre-2007 retirees

- Restoration of medical benefits under BSNL MRS

- Scrapping of 60:40 condition in payment of pension imposed by government

- Simplification of medical card revalidation

Individual Cases

In addition to the general issues, some of the pending issues unresolved for long, particularly family pension cases, were taken up and settled with payment of lakhs of rupees as arrears to the beneficiaries. AIBDPA always paid much importance in settling of individual cases and have been successful in settling them to a large extent by continuous intervention at all levels.

Growth and Status

All these have helped us for the steady growth of the organisation and earned a prominent status not only at National level but at International level also.

Pending Issues

Still, we have to go a long way as some of the important issues like pension revision from 01-01-2017, payment of retirement benefits to the ST VRS Retirees of Maharashtra etc are still pending settlement despite our best efforts.

5th Triennial All India Conference

All these problems will be discussed seriously in the ensuing 5th Triennial All India Conference to be held at Coimbatore on 17-18 December, 2025 and appropriate decisions taken.

Call to Action

Under the Globalisation-Liberalisation-Corporatisation policy, hard earned rights of workers and pensioners are being attacked and denied. In the wider struggles against these, AIBDPA will be side by side with BSNL workers as also with the working class. It is under these circumstances that we are celebrating the 17th Foundation Day of AIBDPA on 21st October, 2025. Let us celebrate the Foundation Day by holding meetings and other programmes with massive participation.
