Com. L. Umapathy, founder District Secretary,. AIBDPA, Coimbatore is unwell for sometime long due to heart related ailment. And he is unable to attend the meetings etc and confined to home.
So on 16-08-2025, after the Tamil Nadu Circle Executive Committee Meeting and formation of the Reception Committee for the 5th Triennial All India Conference of AIBDPA , Com. K. G. Jayaraj, General Secretary along with Com. R. Rajasekar, Circle Secretary, Com. Balasubramoniam, Com. Rajasekharan and Com. Manoharan visited Com. L. Umapathy at his home at Thudaiyur, some 8km away from Coimbatore. Com. Umpathy was very happy and he recalled the old days of constructive competition for membership with Erode and Vellore Districts. His wife, son and grand daughter were also there.
We spent about 30 mts and honoured him with a shawl. Com. Umapathy was thrilled to know that AIC is being held at Coimbatore and assured us his presence, atleast in the open session.
