CHQ writes to Secretary, DoT - grant of Notional Increment

 CHQ writes to Secretary, DoT urging to withdraw the discriminatory order on grant of Notional Increment deleting the dubious cut off dates and to issue revised OM to extend the benefit to all the eligible retirees.
